voluntarily provide through project forms, contact forms,
booking pages, customer portals, file uploads, surveys,
emails, phone calls, text messages, invoices, agreements,
and payment-related interactions.

Project descriptions, branding preferences, requested
services, quantities, deadlines, files, comments, approvals,
and customer-provided content.
-
Order, estimate, project, proof, agreement, invoice,
payment-status, delivery, and support information.
-
Technical information such as browser type, device type,
page activity, access times, and basic security logs when
analytics or secure portal services are enabled.
How Information May Be Used
-
To respond to questions and provide requested services.
-
To prepare estimates, agreements, invoices, proofs,
production files, deliveries, and customer support.
-
To communicate about project status, approvals,
payments, deadlines, deliveries, and account activity.
-
To protect the website, prevent fraud, improve services,
maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
Service Providers
Information may be shared with service providers only when
reasonably necessary to complete a project or operate the business,
such as payment processors, hosting providers, email providers,
printers, manufacturers, shipping carriers, software providers,
or professional advisers. Each provider may maintain its own policies.
Payment Information
The Creative Studio should not store complete payment-card
numbers in website forms or browser storage. Electronic payments
should be processed through an authorized payment provider.
The payment provider may collect and process payment information
under its own privacy and security terms.
Data Retention and Security
Information should be retained only as long as reasonably
necessary for active projects, customer service, accounting,
legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and
business records. Reasonable safeguards should be used, but
no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed
to be completely secure.
Cookies and Analytics
The website may use necessary browser storage, cookies,
analytics, or similar technologies to remember preferences,
support secure sessions, understand website use, and improve
performance. A cookie notice and consent controls should be
added before nonessential analytics or advertising technologies
are enabled.
Children
The website and services are intended for businesses and adults.
The Creative Studio does not knowingly seek personal information
from children under 13.
Privacy Requests
Customers may contact The Creative Studio to ask about,
correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject
to records that must be retained for contracts, payments,
accounting, security, disputes, or legal requirements.
Communications Policy
By submitting contact information, a customer authorizes
The Creative Studio to respond about the inquiry, order,
estimate, project, proof, agreement, invoice, delivery,
support request, or account activity.
-
Email is the default written communication method unless
another method is agreed upon.
-
Phone calls or text messages are used only when the customer
provides a phone number and appropriate permission.
-
Customers are responsible for keeping contact information current.
-
Marketing emails should include a clear way to unsubscribe.
Transactional messages about active work may still be sent when needed.
-
Standard carrier message or data rates may apply to text messages.
General Service Terms
Services are provided according to the written scope in the
accepted estimate, proposal, invoice, agreement, project record,
or change order. Verbal discussions do not modify the approved
scope unless confirmed in writing.
-
The customer must provide accurate, complete, and timely
information needed to perform the work.
-
The Creative Studio may decline work that is illegal,
deceptive, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, unsafe,
technically unreasonable, or outside available capabilities.
-
Work may be paused when required information, approval,
content, files, access, or payment is missing.
-
Third-party services and vendors may be used when reasonably
necessary to complete the project.
Estimates, Quotes & Proposals
-
Estimates are based on the information available when prepared.
-
An estimate is not a final invoice unless clearly identified as one.
-
Estimates may expire on the date shown because vendor,
material, production, software, shipping, or service costs can change.
-
Taxes, licenses, hosting, domains, stock assets, printing,
shipping, installation, rush service, or outside-vendor costs
may be listed separately.
-
Acceptance confirms approval of the stated scope, pricing,
assumptions, exclusions, payment schedule, and timeline.
Payments, Deposits & Billing
-
A deposit or advance payment may be required before work,
scheduling, purchasing, printing, fabrication, or production begins.
-
Payment schedules may include deposits, milestones,
progress invoices, recurring invoices, or a final balance.
-
Payment is due by the date shown on the invoice or agreement.
-
Work, delivery, final files, publishing, transfer, launch,
or additional service may be paused while a balance is overdue.
-
Customers should not send complete card information by
email, text message, contact form, or unprotected file.
-
Chargebacks or payment disputes should be preceded by a
good-faith attempt to resolve the issue directly with The Creative Studio.
Any late fee, collection cost, returned-payment charge, or
finance term must be specifically stated in the applicable
written agreement and permitted by law.
Scheduling, Turnaround & Deadlines
Project timelines are estimates unless a written agreement
expressly guarantees a specific completion date.
-
Scheduling generally begins after required payment,
information, files, and approvals are received.
-
Customer delays may move the delivery date and affect
production or vendor availability.
-
Rush requests are subject to availability and may involve
additional charges.
-
Delays caused by vendors, carriers, outages, severe weather,
emergencies, illness, supply shortages, or events outside
reasonable control may require a revised schedule.
Revisions, Scope Changes & Additional Work
-
The included revision allowance is stated in the estimate,
proposal, package, or agreement.
-
Revisions must be submitted clearly and, when practical,
grouped into one written response.
-
A revision does not include a new concept, new service,
changed project direction, new dimensions, additional pages,
added products, or work outside the approved scope.
-
Additional work may require a change request, revised estimate,
new deposit, additional invoice, or adjusted deadline.
-
Changes requested after approval or production may require
rework, reprinting, repurchasing, or additional vendor costs.
Proofing & Customer Approval
The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing every proof
before approval, including spelling, grammar, contact information,
names, dates, pricing, colors, dimensions, layout, quantities,
links, images, legal statements, and other project details.
-
Approval authorizes The Creative Studio to proceed with
the approved version.
-
Approval may be recorded through email, a proof page,
customer portal, signed agreement, or another written method.
-
Customer-approved errors generally are not considered
production defects.
-
Corrections requested after approval may involve additional
design, production, vendor, shipping, or replacement costs.
-
Screen colors may differ from printed or manufactured colors
because devices, inks, papers, materials, lighting, and production
methods vary.
Customer-Provided Content & Materials
The customer represents that they have the right to use all
text, trademarks, logos, photographs, illustrations, videos,
fonts, data, music, designs, and other materials they provide.
-
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality
of supplied content.
-
The customer is responsible for obtaining required releases,
licenses, permissions, disclosures, and regulatory approvals.
-
Low-quality or incomplete files may affect quality, timing,
price, or the ability to complete the work.
-
The Creative Studio may reject material reasonably believed
to violate rights, laws, platform rules, or public safety.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Ownership and usage rights are governed by the applicable
estimate, agreement, invoice, or license. Unless otherwise
stated in writing:
-
The Creative Studio retains ownership of preliminary concepts,
rejected concepts, working files, templates, methods, code
libraries, processes, and reusable design elements.
-
Final customer usage rights become effective after all
required payments are completed.
-
Third-party fonts, stock images, software, plugins, themes,
code, music, or other licensed assets remain subject to
their original license terms.
-
Editable source files are included only when specifically
listed in the approved scope.
-
The customer may not resell, sublicense, redistribute,
trademark, or claim exclusive ownership of third-party assets
beyond the rights granted by their licenses.
Portfolio, Credit & Public Display
Unless confidentiality is agreed upon in writing, The Creative Studio
may request permission to display completed public-facing work in a
portfolio, website, social media post, proposal, case study, or marketing
material. Sensitive customer information, private files, unpublished
campaigns, and confidential business information should not be disclosed.
A customer may request confidential treatment before work begins
or before the project is published. Any required nondisclosure
agreement should be completed in writing.
Cancellation, Refunds & Project Inactivity
-
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
-
Payments may be applied to completed work, reserved time,
administrative work, purchased materials, software, stock assets,
vendor charges, production, shipping, and other nonrecoverable costs.
-
Deposits are refundable only when the applicable estimate,
agreement, and law permit a refund.
-
Approved, printed, fabricated, shipped, downloaded, transferred,
licensed, published, launched, or custom-made work may not be returnable.
-
If a customer stops responding, the project may be placed on hold.
Restarting may depend on schedule availability, updated pricing,
and payment of outstanding amounts.
-
Any eligible refund should be returned through an appropriate
method after completed work and nonrecoverable costs are reconciled.
Printing, Manufacturing & Production
-
Production begins only after required approval and payment.
-
Small variations in color, placement, trimming, dimensions,
finish, material, texture, or quantity may occur within normal
production tolerances.
-
Vendor estimates and availability may change before an order
is placed.
-
The customer must report a suspected production defect promptly
and preserve the affected products, packaging, photographs,
shipping labels, and quantities for review.
-
Reprints or replacements are evaluated based on the approved
proof, production specifications, vendor findings, and documented defect.
Shipping, Delivery & Customer Pickup
-
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
-
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.
-
Carrier delays, weather, address errors, failed delivery attempts,
theft after delivery, or damage outside reasonable control may require
a carrier claim.
-
Customers should inspect packages promptly and report visible damage
with photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
-
Pickup orders must be collected within the communicated period.
Long-term storage, rescheduling, or disposal terms should be confirmed
before production.
Website Design, Hosting & Maintenance
-
The customer is responsible for timely content, account access,
approvals, domain decisions, and legal or regulatory requirements.
-
Domains, hosting, email accounts, plugins, themes, APIs,
software subscriptions, stock assets, and third-party services
may involve separate recurring fees.
-
Search-engine ranking, traffic, sales, accessibility certification,
uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with every future browser,
device, platform, or third-party change cannot be guaranteed.
-
Security updates, backups, monitoring, content changes, and technical
support are included only when stated in the maintenance agreement.
-
The customer is responsible for maintaining lawful privacy notices,
cookie disclosures, accessibility practices, industry disclosures,
and content after handoff unless those services are included.
-
Website launches and transfers may require payment of the final balance
and confirmation of the receiving account information.
Digital Files, Delivery & Storage
-
Final files are delivered in the formats listed in the approved scope.
-
Editable, layered, raw, source, working, or native files are included
only when specifically stated.
-
Customers should download, verify, and securely back up final files.
-
Project files may be archived for a limited period, but permanent
storage is not guaranteed unless a retention service is agreed upon.
-
Recreating or retrieving archived work may involve additional charges.
Corrections, Defects & Limited Warranty
The Creative Studio will review promptly reported concerns and determine
an appropriate resolution based on the approved scope, proof, delivered
files, production specifications, vendor findings, and supporting evidence.
-
A verified studio-caused error may be corrected within a reasonable time.
-
Customer-approved errors, customer-supplied errors, normal production
variation, third-party outages, platform changes, or misuse are not
treated as studio defects.
-
The available remedy may be correction, replacement, reprint,
service credit, partial refund, refund, or another reasonable resolution,
depending on the circumstances and applicable agreement.
Third-Party Services & Limitations
The Creative Studio may rely on third-party providers for payments,
hosting, domains, email, software, printing, manufacturing, shipping,
analytics, storage, and other services. Those providers control their
own systems, availability, policies, licenses, pricing, and performance.
Any limitation of liability, indemnification obligation, dispute process,
governing law, or attorney-fee provision should be stated in a written
customer agreement reviewed for compliance with applicable law.
Changes to These Policies
These policies may be updated as the website, services, vendors,
legal requirements, or business practices change. The effective date
at the top of the page identifies the current posted version.
Material changes should not retroactively replace signed project terms
unless the customer agrees in writing.
